Our new advisory panel met in December 2022 for the first time
The panel was selected to represent their areas of expertise across the industry and their focus is to work with us to provide a voice and promote understanding to the industry.
Panel members help us by representing areas across the industry and:
providing advice and guidance to the Head of Redress related to their area of expertise to raise industry standards
working with other panel members and the member panel on projects relating to specific areas of interest
offering feedback on the effectiveness of our processes and case management

We’re approaching our second decade of redress and have industry-leading expertise as a result.We recognise the expertise of our members too and that’s why we want them to help us with their feedback, guidance, advice and support. The member panel gives them that opportunity as well as enabling them to engage with other panel members to share knowledge and raise standards.
Our new advisory panel is a key part of our strategy for improving our offering to make sure we are not acting in isolation. We want to know how redress works for our members – and how we can make it better still in the future.
